We could not be more happy with our ASTRA SECURITY. They came and talked to us about your security concerns. They presented us different options...with no pressure. We decided on the security package we wanted and they had it installed within the week. You never really think you need a security system until it was to late. An attempt was made to break into our home. We now can rest assured our home is protected it we are home or away. HIGH RECOMMEND this company.

Oliver and his team are polite, accommodating, affordable and flexible! When I called Oliver he was at my house a few days later and talked me through everything. He really listened to what I wanted and made it happen. I was so happy with what he did the first time I call him back to do more! I love the piece of mind for my home and business. Best part about his company is how personal they are. I'm able to call him or the office, ask any questions and they explain them throughly and efficiently. I recommend them to everyone!

Since day one, Oliver, Mike and Chelsea have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. The technicians, Mike and Oliver, are extremely well-versed in card access, burg/fire alarms and video, and are courteous and professional with my customers, some of whom are occasionally difficult to say the least. Chelsea in the office bills me quickly and accurately, and ALWAYS replies to my emails within moments, which is goes a long way with me. If you are in need of a security vendor in Iowa, then Astra is the way to go. My experiences with them have been nothing but positive and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
