Arizona Wilderness Brewing Co

Hands down best brewery/pub in the valley! I’m a pretty big beer guy and foodie. Food was delicious I had the Burger with apples and bacon on it, it was amazing. Tried an assortment of beers but had a pint of the Paiute Pale Ale which was very good! Highly recommend this place, the staff was great, our server was Johnny on the spot with everything! Engaged very well and helped us make decisions based on conversations and flavor profile.

If you enjoy craft beer this is the place for you. Honestly the best beers I've ever had. The staff is top notch and the food is sublime. Matt is an amazing bartender might I add. You'll find really great brews, food and atmosphere. They use local ingredients and brings me right into the desert with their famous beers. Bringing some brews while camping that is for sure!

Revised- dropping to 4 stars because of the recent dog parade here. We are dog lovers but the dog situation at the most recent visit is going to be a problem. Not the fault of the dogs so much as the people for some unknown reason, have no idea that their dogs are aggressive and not good for a social setting. Overall still a good place but Arizona Wilderness needs to consider the consequences when someone gets but. Good vibe, nice open spaces, lots of seats inside and out. Was surprisingly busy for a Sunday mid-afternoon but not insane. Great beer, reminds us of the Oregon beer community in Bend and Portland. Outside spaces have heaters that work great and the bench and table combination would easily sit 10, there were 6 of us and we had acreage. Food is great too, locally sourced ingredients. Goat cheese in many of the dishes and it was fabulous. Definitely going back!

This place is awesome. First visit with myself and some friends. Service was great, including the original valet service. Great selection of IPA - great taste too! The food was amazing, from their special appetizer fries, to their burgers. The burgers are a bit spendy but worth every bite. I will certainly be back.

Very good brewery in Gilbert, not too far from Sky Harbor Airport. They have a big selection of ales to choose from. Everything we sampled was very good. Their food is always very good. I highly recommend this very good brewery in the Phoenix area.
