Arby's

If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered a Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich in drive thru, which used to be da bomb. Got home and had two measly slices of turkey on it. Paid $8+ for this sandwich. Last time I'll visit this location. Update: added picture of an $8 sandwich.

It wasn't a pleasure dealing with the unprofessional, untrained, arrogant and argumentative manager Rachon. He argued with me over an Arby's coupon. Instead of getting me what I ordered, he was too busy arguing and trying to read what I was writing down. When I arrived, I had to wait while he emptied the trash cans before he took my order. Once I asked who his supervisor was, he finally stopped arguing and preceded to get me what I ordered. I did ask for the telephone to reach the district manager, but he claimed not to know it. Usually the food is fresh and hot, but today the fries and sandwich were lukewarm. My visit today was a disappointment.

For the last 3 yrs, I work in walking distance of this location so, I’m there at least 2/3xs a wk. and I almost always order the same thing good luck on them having turkey. I have continued to go back,although they frequently mess my order up because the staff is relatively courteous. However, I am tired of the inconvenience of complaining to management about how my order is not acceptable. This Arby’s gets not another dime of my hard earned money because clearly, I’m not valued as a customer. I have complained about this SAME thing, at least 2xs in the past and today is the worst. So, this is the last day I’ll be charged for a sandwich like this … I took one bite and wondered, where is the Turkey? For real Arby’s?

This Arby's was a little disappointing to me. The person taking our order had a very soft voice and made him hard to hear. We got our food ordered and it was prepared quickly. The food was good, but not the best I have tasted at other locations. The restaurant was a little dirty and that made it hard to find a table to sit at. Several employees were standing around instead of working to get the dining area cleaned up. The atmosphere just seemed to be lacking at this location.

We waited at the drive through knowone answered three cars was behind me, drove around and went inside. No line but employee was not very nice.Food: 4/5

I ordered the french dip meal and the didn't give me the dip that goes with it. Which is literally the whole point. I'm not sure what's not clicking with them reading and doing but they can't. This isn't the first time this has happened here either. Take it off the menu if you're not gonna do it!!!!!!!!!!!! Or if you're gonna be so bad at your job, LEAVE. You get paid to do some pretty simple things, forgetting part of the meal IS NOT ONE OF THEM. Like you're already at work.....so.....DO IT CORRECTLY.

The employees were pleasant and the food good. The Mac& Cheese bites are the best.Food: 5/5

Coming back to hotel late after visiting family, passed this Arby’s on the way and slipped into drive through. My wife ordered the 2 for $7 Beef & Cheddar and I decided to try their new Fish Sticks with curly fries, plus drinks. Clerk was friendly, smiling and helpful. We asked Tartar sauce and Horsey sauce. Since they were it all fresh yes! they asked us to pull up a bit. We did and in a few minutes our food came out piping hot. We were only a few minutes from hotel so only got to nibble a few fries on the way because they were very hot. To our room and discovered 2 Tartar sauces but no Horsey sauce. She did enjoy the sandwiches and I loved the crispy hot Fish Sticks. Just disappointed no Horsey sauce. Other than that a great experience.

Went there last night. I had to wait for them to cook to cook the fish. We didn't mind getting hot fish. Got home to eat. You can tell that they bagged the fries first in separate bags. The fries were old and cold. The bun on one of the fish sandwiches was burned. My roast beef sandwich was also cold. The fish that wasn't burned, was hot and good. It's a shame when you get bad service WHEN ONLY THE DRIVE-THRU IS OPEN.
