Wendi Dana has been my property manager since 2013 and she has been exceptional when it comes to managing my rental properties. I don't ever recall having more than 1 month of vacancy...very quick turnaround. Also, HOA violations are adressed timely with the tenants and closed loop with HOA. Typical home repairs are done with the local vendors that are very reasonable. If you want peace of mind, I would highly recommend Dana Realty group.

Brent and Wendi were incredible! They were the listing agents when we bought our home and they were so good we decided we would list with them whenever we sold. We are so glad we did. They were completely honest and upfront about everything. We were nervous as this was our first time selling a house but we immediately felt comfortable as they walked us through everything we should expect. We had lots of showings, many offers and sold over list price. From listing to closing was less than 30 days! We couldn't believe how smooth everything went and Brent and Wendi were always available to answer any questions or concerns that we had.
