Great company! I had a problem with my double oven a week before thanksgiving. The one oven wasn't working. Anytime appliance came to check it out. The serviceman was very professional and well spoken. He called 1/2 hour before arriving so I could actually run errands instead of sitting home waiting for him for 2 hours. After checking out the oven, he determined the relay board had to be replaced. Unfortunately, the oven company didn't make this part anymore. I was getting a little worried because thanksgiving was around the corner. The owner, Chuck, called me to report that he had found a rebuilt relay board and could have it shipped to him within a couple of days. He was very sensitive to the fact that it was right before thanksgiving. He got the part and personally installed it himself, all within a 4 day period. He was diligent about keeping me updated throughout the process and made a huge effort to deliver excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company!

Owner Chuck is a CROOK! I WILL NEVER USE AGAIN! They were supposed to fix Sub zero ice, when problem persisted charged again $80 just to show Plus $35 for being there 10 mins and said nothing wrong. Paid twice and problem not fixed because they don't know what they are doing and they don't stand by their work. Tried to work out bill with owner who threatened lawsuit and after insults. His service ticket has references to Jesus Christ, but make no mistake he is a Crook! I should have listened to other reviews you'll see same problems reported with other customers. I will be using Dave's appliance in Wilton.

We had Robert at our home this morning to fix our Fischer and Paykel dishwasher and he did an amazing job and was so friendly. I would highly recommend

Provided the make/model of the refrigerator prior to booking the appointment. Wanted to make sure they could service that kind of unit. Was told they did. They showed up (nice repair tech) but they were not certified to repair my model unit. But I was still charged for the appointment. I contacted frigidaire directly after this engagement. They advised me that you should not have accepted the job unless you could complete any and all services for this particular model. I was told that this is something they expect of their certified repair partners. Frigidaire has now referred me to another local repair service.
