Me and my wife were shopping at the Aerie store in Galleria Mall Houston today afternoon. First, when we walked in the store, 4-5 staffs grouped together, and no one welcomes us. I was thinking they might having a small meeting or briefing there. But NO, They just chilling and chatting. Then, my wife went to the bras and undies area, looking for some undies. my wife is 9 months pregnant, and she was bending down and squatting down to look for her size in the lower shield. We have been there for over 10 mins, and none of the staffs came over offer any helps. I’m very sure they saw us looking for something, but just ignoring us. I got no choice, then go asked a staff for checking sizes. At the end we ready to check out, the cashier was busy with her phone and didn’t realize we were waiting for her, until other staff calling her to remind her. Yes, she’s nice and helped us with what we needed. But it’s still not professional. The Aerie store is always my wife’s favorite brand, she always likes shopping in the store, enjoyed the good services there. I just can’t believe that we had a such bad experience at this popular location today. I strongly suggest the managers pull up the camera and see what I’m talking about. Please arrange a serious meeting and improve the services!

Wish I could give them more stars the girl with tha glasses running the fitting rooms was so sweet and the black girl at register was also really nice their presence was a relief a lot of stores in the galleria have employees with bad attitudes but they were amazing!

I’ve had a certain pair of American Eagle jeans for over seven years. They are still comfortable, fit, with no major problems. Regardless of what era this brand is popular, they do make high-quality clothes that last a very long time. I’ve had a good experience with them every time I shop there and would recommend them for anybody looking for a decent place to shop for clothes.

Went to this location around 5:30 today the young lady at the counter with the braids was very kind she helped me get into a fitting room when designated employee wasn’t there she also help me find my $5 reward in my emails I appreciate her patience!

Maybe the worst Aerie to exist in the US. The workers are rude and judgemental. Save your time and either shop online or just go to a different Aerie.

Let me start off by saying that this location is the best. All the staff were friendly especially George. He helped me find the right size in a shirt. The store is very organized and clean hard to do in the Galleria. The selection are good prices vary. The fitting room kinda smells but that's not the stores fault people be smelling musty anyways really nice store and will definitely be back!

Cute store but their lingerie/swim is not large breast/body friendly! This store is for tiny and petite girls…it’s 2022 do better !

I didn’t enjoy my experience here as I entered the young man did an amazing job by making sure we knew the promotion as we waited and then when I was ready to check out the man helping me never applied the buy one Jean full price one half off and it wasn’t until I left saw my receipt then I came back . I’ve been coming here fir a while and it’s sad that i had to go through that . Imagine if I wouldn’t have checked my receipt I feel robbed by the employee for not doing their job correctly .

The manager working there is very nice ,however, her employees are not! One of the girl employees was super rude & sassy. I asked her a question in regards to the shorts & she gave me a smart response & was not helpful at all.

Cashier was very rude. Refused to enter my information again after it not showing my account. I know I have an account and would not try again. Very short with me.
