American Child Care Centers

I would review no stars, me and my wife searched for a good scholarship program and she liked this day care, me putting aside that fact that I was recommended not to have my kids attend this facility. It was all good until I noticed the staff manager at the end of July threat her personal child in the facility with a smack if he didnt calm down. Then me and my wife noticed alot of diapers missing and the facility asking for more diapers, so I asked them to please not change any dry diapers just because they said it policy they change diapers once a hour even if it dry. Then I noticed my 1 and half year old always dirty and smelled. I Walked in several times with him having a full poop diaper and of course me being a concerned father I would want to change him my self because I knew he would have poop stuck to him bottom and it did. Then I would walk in and observe threw the observation window that he would be walking around the room with only a diaper on and a full diaper(which is not healthy for a baby). So of course i would ask were his pants are then they had the nerve to pull them out of the sink full of pee.. I then told them he has extra clothes in his back pack which the chose not to find. All I wanted was him to be clean on pick up and if not put new change of clothes which we provided so I can wash the stains off his old ones. No the managers and the teacher for that roI'm decide to kick my kids off the program and the owner refuse to call me so I can ask why. Mind you that have video recording in all the rooms. Not once did they do a investagation because they claim I was talking with force. They have they cameras to look and check if I was acting with force. I would not recommend this place is dirty and stinks. Staff and manager is horrible besides once individual. Don't expect your child to be clean and care for. They only have the facility open for a set of income.

Yesterday was the first day of my kids . But my 3yr old was vomiting couse the food wasn't good enough. So. I hope everything going better...

Absolutely terrible service. They tried to convince me in the beginning that they had "changed" because I knew some one that took their child to this center before and thought it was horrible. It has not changed. My 3 year old kept being put in with the 1's and 2's. She NEVER brought home any thing. She cried every time I dropped her off. NO she doesn't do it with her new school. then my son is a special needs student and needed special hours to be picked up after school. I was told numerous times that they could handle it. They forgot him everyday for three weeks in a row. Then they just abandoned him and NEVER notified me. I kept getting phone calls from his school that he was not picked up. Careless and insensitive.
