Alan Furman & Co

The high level, and consistency of customer service is among the best I have ever received. Alan "owner" is customer facing, and has always been beyond caring, and friendly. The same is true with Daryl "watch service" and their front desk staff. They have quickly become my only source for watch repairs, or new acquisitions. I'd recommend Alan Furman & Co a million times over, and I thank them all for doing what they do best. Making me feel like part of their incredible family even if I'm there just to find and install a $10 pin for the band. Thank you!

Stopped in for my daughter to have her watch sized and for a new battery. Darrell and his staff were so kind and helpful. Would definitely return for other watch/jewelry needs.

I was incredibly pleased by the service, I dealt with Alan personally and he was highly attentive to my needs and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Alan Furman & Co., I will never go anywhere else! I was treated like the most important customer they ever had. Beautiful merchandise, personable, and professional staff. You get all of this and a great deal!! Amazing!
