Airport Transportation Express

Airport Transportation is the best in Utah. They're been around for almost a decade and they're the only ones I trust. I've been going to them because of their professionalism and service, it's like an elite car service with a fair price.

Absolutely stressful chaos do not depend on them for an airport ride. They sat in front of our house quietly for eight minutes and never let us know then drove off. They expect you to stand out in the cold with a newborn baby like it is a taxi thumb service. Then to get them to come back is a stress with the clock ticking for a flight. No help with bags. Never again.

I would never book with this company again. Shawn was fine for the pickup from the airport to Park City. The big problem is when you’re expecting a pickup to return to the airport and he no shows!! He said that I texted him and changed my 4:30am pickup to 8:30 which was totally not true. I guess I could take some blame because I didn’t text him the night before to confirm my pickup but with his review ratings I didn’t feel the need. It’s pretty challenging finding a ride at 4:30am but we were able to find a taxi.

Pre scheduled a pick up and they never showed up. Didn't answer repeated calls/texts. Transport services wonder why everyone is moving to Lyft/Uber.....

I used Airport Transportation Express this morning and was very pleased with the service. I requested a very early morning ride to the airport and not only was the car on time, but I received a text about 10 minutes before to let me know they were on the way. The driver was very friendly and the car was clean. Will definitely use them again.
