Went there with my uncle and got our stuff 15 minutes or less. Great service!

Horrible service overall. Guys behind the counter didn't do anything wrong besides ringing us up incorrectly and couldn't provide information on a bulb. But over all, the store is a mess, took us almost a hour to get 2 items cause we had to wait in a 3 person line twice. Average time every customer took to get in and out the door was about 25 min while I was there. Absolutely horrible out of date systems that made the wait times even longer and items for sale not even in their system. By far the worst advanced auto pats I have ever been to and have zero plans to ever return and discourage anyone from making the mistake of going there. Your much better off at the auto zone across the street.

Long wait times and unfriendly employees make me go across the street to auto zone.

I came here in search of some wiper blades. Pulling up to the parking lot there were two girls putting blades on the car. Went inside the young lady told me where to find them. I got them, they were $35 a piece. Okay cool I asked the girl at the counter could she put them on for me. She said she didn't know how. I said you know I just saw you and another girl helping someone else put there's on. Shaking my head. All I wanted was for somebody to put the blades on. She asked the older gentleman could he do it he said he didn't know how. .. no worries I'll be contacting cooperate. Don't work in customer service if you don't wanna help folk out. The reason why you receive a check is because people are shopping with your locating. But if that stops hours will be cut and so forth... I won't be back for sure. I went across the street to auto zone and they helped me with everything. So if you want better service GO TO AUTO ZONE ACROSS THE STREET FROM THEM! It's way better over here at auto zone!

Hannibal greeted me quickly when he saw that I was looking around the isles. I needed a special item, vehicle specific. He quickly took me to the item. Checked it for the fit. Then took me to the checkout and returned to restocking inventory. The other people working in the store appeared to have the same attitude and effort. The store was clean and in order. I've had good experience in my visits to patronize this store previously.

Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Horrible service. The two female workers in the store were both useless. Couldn't even render simple information relative to a headlight.I'm sure the store's owner wouldn't be elated to hear that they allowed $121.97 walk right out of the door due to either pure laziness or true lack of knowledge which rendered them incapable of retaining a customer. Nevertheless, "my money is green & it will spend at any of their competitor's establishment's"

The location of this advance auto parts is good however the service could be better the people who are employed here both men and women act as if your getting on their nerves when you come to inquire about car parts sad but true....

Bought the umbrella window shade. A piece of junk. Not the stores fault but the place is not up to par in appearance or service.
