AARF Pet Care

I could tell from the photos and comments that Becca sent us that she was a real animal lover and had totally figured out our elderly dog and grumpy cat. They were both happy and healthy when we returned. Thanks so much. Will be calling you again.

AARF Pet Care is an excellent pet sitting service. I have used them for their dog sitting and hiking services for two years. When I moved to SLC I had difficulty finding a dog service that would be flexible for my needs. From the beginning, AARF worked with me and I have used their services faithfully. They make it a point to always keep me informed about my pet's well-being when I am away and give me updates when my pet is on a hike. Well-coordinated, professional, and friendly service is what one can expect with AARF Pet Care.

This is the only place I've found where the care takers genuinely love and care for my Yeti as much as I do. Thought out, and top notch care!

My husband and I find ourselves writing this review on behalf of the Beccaris as they were threatened with a libel suit by the owner if their one star rating of this business was not removed from the Goggle and Facebook review websites. As noted by an earlier review from Ms. Waters, this is not the first time the owner has threatened someone with a libel suit when receiving a lower rating. When the Beccaris’ removed their comment but refused to remove the one star rating, she then stated, “I’ll bring the key after I’ve reviewed all our social media and all the web for your libelous remarks to be gone.” Only when the Beccaris informed her that they would contact the police, did she return their key. These types of business practices are very concerning. Second, the Beccaris did not ask this company to compromise any standards. The Beccaris asked if another employee could take the dog on a hike as it was indicated this employee was unable to handle the dog with the 5 – 7 other dogs in the group, a very reasonable request as an agreement was made for this agency to pick up, hike and return the dog to their residence for an agreed upon price. This was done without any problems being noted for several days. In fact, the agency asked if they could keep him for an extra hike just the day prior to the first complaint being received. Also, we were present on Friday when the employee arrived to pick up the dog and she noted that he was a great dog and was having no problems whatsoever. So it was a little shocking to read the text message they received that evening. We have taken care of their animals on several occasions and never experienced the problems they were complaining about nor have others including the new company now hiking this dog. Their dog has been through two training sessions and done remarkable. Both of the Beccaris have had animals since a very young age including horses, cats, dogs and pigs and Mrs. Beccari received awards through 4-H for her work with animals. They are very knowledgeable about various breeds and proper training. Don’t, get us wrong, yes, this company did provide options but at a higher rate than previously agreed upon. Again, very concerning business practices so be aware!

We love Aarf Pet Care, and so do our pups! We travel all of the time, and we wouldn't trust anyone else with our babies!
