A Top Hat Party Rentals

I rented a hot dog steamer for my youngest son's birthday. I called on a Thursday and took care of payment and the rental agreement over the phone. I was told that I could pick it up Saturday from 10-3. I showed up at around 11 and it was sitting on the counter ready to go. I signed one last piece of paper and I was out of there in 2 min. The woman working the counter was very helpful in telling me how to operate the steamer and friendly. She told me to return it between 10 and 3 on Monday, and that if I returned the unit cleaned I would get reimbursed the $20 cleaning fee. I returned the steamer at noon Monday. I dropped it off, was asked if it was clean. It was and I was reimbursed the $20 on Wednesday. Very painless experience. Helpful staff, and the machine was in great condition and worked perfectly. I will be going back for other party rentals.
