A Step Above Limousine Service

The WORST limo service company ever!! They don't deserve any star if I can I will definitely give them ZERO star. We made a reservation for April 21st for prom. I called them several times and emailed them more than twenty times to confirm our reservation. I got a confirmation email and even an email from their staff saying my reservation is all set.And I even got a trip reminder on the day of prom. HOWEVER, no one showed up on our scheduled trip to prom. We didn't see the limo or the driver. So I contacted the driver several times then he finally picked up. He claimed his company cancelled our trip. I didn't get any notification of the cancellation. The only thing I got is several confirmation email. So I called the company. They put a maneger on the phone. He made up the whole story about they sent me the cancellation email which I definitely did not receive. He was extremely rude and had no clue about customer service on the phone. He accused it's all my fault because I should call them on the day of the trip. But no one told me to do so in any ways. I asked home to forward the email he claimed they sent to me and he never did because that email isn't exist!!! They didn't even try to solve the problem, they just claimed it's all my fault and there is anything they can do. THIS COMPANY HAS NO CLUE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE OR DIGNITY AND ALL THE STAFF MEMBERS ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND CLUELESS. If you don't want to ruin your special occasion, I'm telling you never hire this company. They're good at ruining everything accusing everything is customer's fault, and lying.

Great company. Friendly staff. Our driver was very professional and got us home safely from our wedding. The car was nice, clean and in good condition. We will definitely use this company in the future and recommend them to anyone who asks. Thanks for doing a great job! It was the perfect end to our perfect day.

They were always incredibly easy to talk to and made booking simple. Our driver Micah was lovely and even took the time out of his morning the next day to drop off something we left in the car which was so kind and unexpected as it was completely out of his job description. Wonderful service. I will see using this service again!!!!

A Step Above truly provided a step above AND BEYOND service. They were very accommodating and have great customer service. I made a reservation through Rashida and she was very helpful. My driver, Justin was also outstanding and very knowledgeable of the area. I will definitely be booking with them again and recommend them for all transportation needs.

I booked their 2017 Chrysler 300 stretch limo for my prom and the service was AMAZING!!! The driver was very friendly and polite. I spoke with Mia and she made the booking process very easy! I will definitely book with them again!!!
