A & A Royal Auto Trim

I had a great experience and the work was above my expectations. They saved my 40 year old seats. The staff went over and beyond for all my demands and the price was very reasonable. They also fixed my dashboard but I don't have any pictures at the moment. Best work I seen in Kansas City so far....Wish I could give then 10 stars

I went in for an estimation on a sunroof repair. I found this place to be extremely friendly. Marcie was working the front and was crazy busy but found the time to be very polite and answer all my questions. Al was on his way to run an errand but took the time to look at my roof. He gave a me a no- nonsense, easy to understand explanation of the problem and a descent quote. Currently, I'm impressed with A & A Royal and have made an appt. for Wednesday.

I went to A & A Royal Auto Trim on my lunch hour to get a quote on how much it would be to replace the driver's side door armrest. I was told by Marcie (I think is her name) that it would be $150.00 because they had to remove the door panel in order to replace this 6 inch piece of upholstery. I told her that this was extremely expensive and that I had gotten my arm rest console done for $30.00. She told me they charge $300.00 for this. She also told me that the guy who looks at the interior would be available if I drove down over my lunch hour. Needless to say, he wasn't there. I called around and wound up taking my car to NKC Auto Trim. I was charged $22.00 for replacing this piece. I would NEVER go back to A & A Royal Auto Trim again. If you are in need of window tinting or any upholstery work, contact NKC Auto Trim. NKC Auto Trim is a family owned business and they have been around for more than 50 years. They are good, honest people. They will charge what they quoted!!!

I am someone who works out of her vehicle and I transport dogs 95% of the time the vehicle is running. Dog hair accumulates quickly! My van was way overdue for a serious deep cleaning. I was overwhelmed even looking at it when I took the dog crates out. At the suggestion of a friend who had a positive experience having their van detailed, I decided to try it out. It took them 2 days to complete, but worth it. My minivan came back looking brand new!!!!!! They also sold me on this rubber mat that I can put down and help stay in place cut to the shape of the interior floor, so my dogs won't get my carpet wet or muddy or furry anymore! It's working great so far! VERY HAPPY with my service there! Would highly recommend! Photos of before and after!
