My experience was horrible on Mega Bus Jan 31 2017.  I always take  Mega bus, but on this date I was schedule to take the bus from Fort Lauderdale to Orlando at 7:10.   The Bus driver was a hispanic male.  He was very rude to every one.  I told him he lack customer service skills and he need to speak better to people he refuse to allow me to ride on the bus.  I was left  stranded with no place to go, no money to even get a hotel.  Fortunate for me a lady that saw what happen welcome me into her home until I can sort myself out.

It gets me to my destination quickly and safely....just need to keep the restrooms in better condit
