7-Eleven

This 7-Eleven has always been an eyesore at its location. Rarely do they police the area outside for trash and garbage and this morning it was horrendous. If anything says something about curb appeal then this 7-Eleven should be put on probation due to its filthiness. But what was really extraordinary was going over to the coffee area and finding small roaches running around one of them. I caught under a coffee cup and went up to the front and told the manager a male who was running the cashier that there was a problem over here. He merely took a napkin and swiped the bug away. I didn't notice other small roaches running around, particularly coming from under the counter and where the garbage was. So the inherited outside area which is pretty trashy is also reflected on the inside. I'm ashamed to see this in our neighborhood and the effort that is not put out by management or the owner or the company itself to clean this place up. But it's really despondent outside or the number of beer bottles on the back side of this area where evidently people go and drink and this fronts a beautiful neighborhood. They really need to take care of this situation. It's appalling. It's two days since the reported information was sent in and no reply concerning the condition of the outside of the store and the roaches in the coffee area. This waiting on this. Maybe the city health department should pay a visit. It is Friday 13 Oct 930am

Some of the rudest employees I have encountered at a 7 11. I live in walking distance but, go out of my way to go to ANY other 7 11. Prices of some things are also a little higher than some other 7 11s. Also, they have roaches in the coffee area.

The best convenience store. And this particular location, extraordinary customer service. Good business manners. Clean and cordial. Easy in, easy out.

not the closest 711 to my house but I always come here because the staff here are my favorite.

I thought all 7-11 stores were supposed to have the same pricing for their products. When the fountains drinks go back up to their full price, this store charges $1.61 after tax for a Large drink. All of the other 7-Elevens locally Indian River rd, Oceana blvd etc are $1.50 after tax for the same Large fountain drink. $0.11 may not seem like a huge deal to most people but I’m not working my butt off everyday to pay $0.11 more for the same product at a different location.

Been to the store several times no more as of today. I have been saying covid is destroying brain cells as per the following point. Got my coffee went to checkout waited my turn. Casher scanned the cup punched in my rewards then the front casher hands my casher I dealing with, another customers items. My casher rings up another customers items and the other customer even tells the casher that is wrong. I slide what was to be my coffee to the casher and told her to have the coffee maybe she will wake up now! I left the store, not putting up with people not paying attention to what is going on right in front of them. Filed a complaint with corp, not that will do any good.

Friendly and polite staff, interacting with customers and making them feel welcome. The manager is funny, and there was a blonde cashier w glasses that made my day. Overall a solid bunch. Thanks for starting my day off right!

We had stopped at the 7-11 around the corner at Holland Road and Buckner Blvd and could not purchase gas using my phone number. So we went to the store listed.

Walked in and had to backup because isle of people with No mask on. Next aisle , same thing! Walked out for good! No regard for health and customers the same .

A little bit of wait because of lottery sales. Too bad they can't just use one register for lottery so it doesn't hold us busy people up who stopped in for a quick drink, snack and gas.
